I always enjoyed running the Rockingham Rail Trail.  The trail is easily accessible out my back door and provides miles of knee friendly trail running. 

A highlight of my run was always passing the old historic Rockingham Depot.  On this Spring day in 2019, I was disappointed to find the building tagged in multiple locations with graffiti. 

I thought somebody needs to save this building.  With that in mind and little to  no plan I reached out to the existing building owner and purchased the depot.
