Next month I will be at the Newmarket planning board seeking approval for the renovations plans. In the meantime chipping away at small improvements and landscaping work to make it a bit more welcoming. While the lawn will get disrupted by the building plans it is still nice to welcome walkers, riders and runners with a more friendly site.
