And so it begins…

It has certainly been a long process to get to this milestone. After considering many options and approaches we are now locked on a plan and into the execution. The cycle of evaluate > > decide >> reevaluate >> decide… has been rewarding and exhausting.

There are more variables and issues with this project than you would want to know. I feel good about the decisions we have made and the outcome we are chasing. I am thankful for the partnership of the Architect Michael Graf and the countless interactions and suggestions from many of the interested community members.

Let’s get this building a safe and level for the next 100+ years.

  1. This is a charming and unique-looking building; I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it. Not a surprise it caught your eye and you decided to “rescue” it. Truly a labor of love. I think it will end up becoming something the local community will enjoy. Best wishes for a smooth renovation!
